Learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes that he will deposit a sum of Rs.8500/- by 30th June, 2023 in connection with Execution Case No. 482 of 2022. On such payment being made, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas will keep the execution of the warrant of arrest so issued in abeyance. The petitioner would pay the rest of the amount of Rs.8000/- by 31st July, 2023. Once the said amount is paid, warrant of arrest would be recalled by the learned Magistrate in connection with execution case.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2118 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending any other applications are disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
