1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is sought for.

2. The State is represented by the learned advocate, Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick.

3. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the State that the petitioner has already made a representation before the Registrar, West Bengal Medical Council on 16.05.2025, a direction may be passed so the representation may be considered in accordance with law.

4. Having heard and considering the submission made by the learned advocate for the State, this Court finds that no fruitful purpose will be served keeping this writ petition pending for adjudication in such a situation.

5. The respondent no.3 is directed to consider the representation within eight weeks from date of communication of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing the necessary parties in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order. A copy of the order be served upon the Petitioner one week thereafter.

6. Since I have not called for any affidavits, the allegations contained in the writ petition against the respondents concerned, are deemed to have not been admitted.

7. With the above observation, this writ petition being WPA 13700 of 2025 is disposed of.

8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

9. The learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondent no. 3, along with a copy of the writ petition together with annexures, for compliance.

10. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.

11. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.)
