Since then the matter is appearing in the list. The appellants have due notice of the matter. The appellants are not represented.

The appeal is defective as notified by the Additional Stamp Reporter in its report dated 08.06.2015. No attempt has been made to remove the defects. Even on the earlier occasion, the appellants were not represented. Under such circumstances, the second appeal stands dismissed for non-removal of the defects and for nonappearance. In view of dismissal of the second appeal, the application also stands dismissed.
