Mr. S.N. Mookherjee, the learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor has produced before us a letter dated 13th January, 2023 from the Director of Local Bodies, West Bengal to the Chairman, Bhatpara Municipality and another letter of the same date of the Chairperson, Bhatpara Municipality to the petitioner appointing him to the post of 'Mazdoor' in the said Municipality. The said two letters are taken on record.

In view of compliance of our order, the contempt application being CPAN 617 of 2022 stands disposed of by recording compliance with apology.
