1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. In view of the issuance of proclamation, it is fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner shall surrender before the competent court within 15 days from today.

3. In the event of such surrender and application for bail before the competent court, such bail application filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of on the same day, specially, taking into consideration as to whether any injury has been sustained by the victim and whether prima facie offence under Section 307 of the IPC is made out against him.

4. With the aforesaid observation, CRM (A) 2325 of 2023 is disposed of.

5. Learned trial court is directed to act upon the server copy of this order.
