The same reveals unauthorized construction and deviation from the plan sanctioned. The Board of Councillors, Bhatpara Municipality is directed to take prompt necessary steps to deal with any unauthorized construction/deviation made at the time of making construction.

The Municipality shall take steps for illegal occupation of the premises in question without obtaining the completion certificate.

The Municipality shall conclude the proceeding in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties at the earliest, but

positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

A formal order shall be passed and communicated to all the parties.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
