sg Ct. 6 [ Mr. Sourav Chatterjee ...for the petitioners The petitioners have filed this application praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Basirhat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No. 204 of 2023.

After going through the order sheets appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that summons of the suit is yet to be served upon several defendants. It does not appear that the suit is ready as regards service. In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing of the suit at this stage. With the above observations, this civil revisional application stands disposed of.
