Mr. Haradhan Mondal ....For the Petitioner Writ petition is directed against an order dated March 18, 2025 by which the learned Tribunal fixed the application for condonation of delay along with the original application on September 2, 2025.

Grievance of the petitioner is that the proceedings are not being disposed of expeditiously. Petitioner seeks a direction on the Tribunal to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously.

We find that the proceedings are pending since 2018. The next date is fixed on September 22, 2025. No doubt, learned Tribunal will take such facts into consideration and will endeavour to dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

W.P.L.R.T. 93 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
