JUDGMENT

1. We have heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. We find that the reasons given by the learned Single Bench to dismiss the writ petition is fully sustainable and warrants no interference.

3. The learned Single Bench while dismissing the writ petition has left open the avenue for the appellants to approach the appropriate forum against the order of eviction passed by the Estate Officer.

4. Hence, the appeal and the connected application (IA No. CAN 1 of 2024) stand dismissed.

5. No costs.
