Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the defacto complainant has filed a false complaint.

Learned counsel submits that allegations are general in nature. It has been submitted that there is no material regarding Section 89 of the BNS, 2023. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application and submits that the accused person assaulted the defacto complaint on various occasions and specifically on 30th May, 2025 and 11th June, 2025.

Learned counsel has fairly submitted that there is no documents produced by the complainant regarding Section 89 BNS, 2023.

The perusal of the FIR indicates that the defacto complainant has made general allegations against the petitioner regarding physical and mental torture on the issue of dowry.

Regarding termination also no specific date and time has been given.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case petitioners are directed to join investigation as and when directed by the I.O. In the event, if Investigating Officer feels necessary of effecting the arrest of the petitioners they be admitted to anticipatory bail by furnishing personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom shall be local, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions that they shall join and cooperate in the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and shall not threaten, tamper or intimidate the complainant or members of the family in any manner. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
