Heard the learned Counsel for both the parties. 2.

Charge-sheet having been filed, trial has commenced and the victim has already been examined.

Considered the materials placed by learned Counsel for the parties including the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions in the case, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and present stage of the trial, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Judge, Special Court, Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Malda in POCSO Case No. 120 of 2017 arising out of Kaliachak P.S. case No. 883 of 2014 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. 6.

CRM (DB) 2293 of 2023 is disposed of.
