2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on earlier occasion.

3. No affidavit-in-opposition and no affidavit-in-reply have been filed by the parties as yet.

4. This case is pending since 2010, almost 15 years have passed.

5. This writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner seeking direction upon the respondents to show cause as to why a fresh interview shall not be held by allowing the petitioner in interview by cancelling the panel for the post of Accredited Social Health Activist (in short, "ASHA") at Amarpur Sub-Centre.

6. Considering the nature of the prayer as made by the petitioner and long pendency of this case, it seems that the writ petition has become infructuous.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 11213 of 2010 is disposed of with the above observations.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities

10. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.
