Re: CPAN 714 of 2019 The report filed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas in compliance of the order passed by this court dated 12th March, 2019 indicates that the concerned D.I. has passed an order on 4th July, 2019.

By the order dated 12th March, 2019, the D.I. was directed to consider whether the petitioner was entitled to any other amounts for the period he served the school. The entire exercise was to be completed within certain time.

The Office Order passed by the District Inspector of Schools(SE), North 24 Parganas on 4th July, 2019 indicates that the petitioner was absent from his duties from 10th December, 2013 till the date of the order.

Having heard learned counsel, this court is of the view that the order passed by the D.I. constitutes a fresh cause of action in relation to which the petitioner is entitled to take steps as the petitioner may be advised. Since the D.I. has already considered the case of the petitioner and the order passed by this court on 12th March, 2019 stands complied with, nothing further remains in the contempt application.

The contempt application being CPAN 714 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.
