After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at length liberty is given to the petitioner to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court. All the contentions shall remain open since the charge sheet has already been filed learned Trial Court shall consider the contentions on merit.

Learned Trial Court is also requested to decide the matter expeditiously .
