The revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against an order dated July 03, 2018 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Fast Track Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas in Misc. Case No. 3 of 2015.

Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 informs this Court that the said misc. case has already been dismissed for default on August 2, 2019 and he supplies a photocopy of the said order which is taken on record.

In view of the dismissal of the connected misc. case, the revisional application has become infructuous.

C.O. 2324 of 2018 is dismissed as such.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
