Case No.40 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 under Section 376(2)(n) of the IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act and Section 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act.

Learned counsel for the State has filed the report and S.I., Subhasis Banerjee, Officer-in-Charge, Panchla Police Station, the report reads as under:- "With due respect and humble submission I, beg to report before you that as per order of Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta the petitioner was present before the investigating office of this case on 06.08.2025. Further it is also mentioned that the victim willingly married the petitioner and presently they spent their conjugal life happily. The whole matter was diarized vide Panchla PS GDE No: 291, dt. 06.08.2025. This is for your kind perusal and necessary order". 2.

On 30th July, 2025, learned counsel for the de facto complainant had also stated that victim is residing with the petitioner and they are happily married life. The victim is stated to be 15 years old.

In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties like amount each, one of whom must be local. Subject to the condition that he shall continue to join the Investigating Officer as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. 4.

All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
