Report submitted by the Additional Executive Officer, Malda Zilla Parishad, Malda is taken on record. In the aforesaid report, the admitted balance amount is Rs. 7,86,208/- and it is also mentioned in the report that the same will be made within 15th June, 2025. Mr. Pulakesh Bajpayee, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that necessary direction be issued upon the Additional District Magistrate, Malda, respondent no. 3 for disbursement of the admitted amount of Rs. 7,86,208/-.
Learned advocates appearing for the State as well as Malda Zilla Parishad concede to such submissions. Accordingly, the respondent no. 3, Additional District Magistrate, Malda is directed to take steps to disburse the admitted amount of Rs. 7,86,208/- to the petitioner within 15th June, 2025 as mentioned in the report.
Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted.
Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to respondent no. 3, Additional District Magistrate, Malda. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition being WPA 14757 of 2024 is disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
