1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Charge-sheet is stated to be filed in the meantime and coaccused persons, on similar footing, are stated to be released on bail by the co-ordinate Bench in the meantime.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Alipore, in connection with SPL 19 of 2022, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case including the following conditions : i) The petitioner shall deposit her passport, if any possessed by her, with the investigating officer; ii) The petitioner shall report before the said officer as and when summoned; iii) The petitioner shall not leave the

limits of district Hooghly without informing the I.C. except for attending court; iv) The petitioner shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever; v) The petitioner shall attend the court on each and every day of trial, in default, the court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond without any reference to this Bench.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
