1. Counsel for the appellants/tenants submits on instructions that his clients are willing to vacate the suit premises in acceptance of the impugned judgment and decree.

2. The respondents are granted a period of three months to vacate the suit premises.

3. In view of the above, F.A.T. No. 165 of 2022 shall stand disposed of confirming the impugned judgment and decree dated 10th May, 2022.

4. In default of compliance with this order, the monthly charges payable by the respondents to the appellants/landlords shall stand increased to Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees four lakhs only) per month.

5. The LCR may be returned to the Court below by the Department concerned.

6. In view of the disposal of the main appeal, the connected application being CAN 2 of 2023 shall also stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
