Petitioner approached this Court challenging the proceedings of Bagnan Police Station Case No.503 of 2019 dated 21.11.2019.

report has been submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Bagnan Police Station which reflects that Bagnan Police Station Charge-sheet No.393 of 2024 dated 27.07.2024 has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court against the petitioner and others.

Having considered that the charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court, petitioner would be at liberty to take up the issues relating to her grievance at the stage of consideration of charges.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14709 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
