The earlier direction dated 29.08.2025 reflects that the petitioner was granted interim bail. The said order of interim bail was subsequently extended.

Learned advocate for the State is present and submits that there are no adverse reports. Having considered the petitioner being granted interim bail on health grounds and there are no adverse reports so far as the petitioner is concerned, the bail granted on 29.08.2025 is confirmed on same terms and conditions as incorporated in the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 782 of 2025 is allowed.
