The contempt application in terms of the order dated 11th August, 2023 is taken up for consideration.

Mr. Das, learned advocate representing the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal being the alleged contemnor has placed before this Court one memo dated 6th January, 2023 which is taken on record. It has also been submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 23rd December, 2022 already the alleged contemnor has made recommendation in favour of the applicant for her transfer from present school to Madhyamgram Girls'

High School, North Parganas.

In view of issuance of memo dated 6th January, 2023 it appears the part of the order by which this Court directed the Commissioner of

School Education, West Bengal to issue fresh recommendation is complied with.

Accordingly, contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.
