The learned Counsel appearing for the appellants has fairly submitted that the grievous impediment in the appeal would be Section 2(g) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act and has also placed before us an instruction from the appellants to withdraw the appeal.

The original letter of instruction dated 13th August, 2025 is kept with the record.

Accordingly, the appeal and the application stand dismissed as withdrawn.
