Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that although demarcation has been made by the B.L. & L.R.O. but the respondents are obstructing on the issue of fencing. To that effect information has been furnished with the police authorities.

Report submitted by the State reflects that there has been case and counter cases filed at the behest of the petitioner and the private respondents.

So far as the issue relating to demarcation is concerned the same has also been taken into account by the police authorities but the police authorities are not authorized until and unless a competent authority or a Court of law empowers them to act in a particular way and manner. Accordingly petitioner is directed to approach the B.L. & L.R.O. who would, if required direct

the police authorities to implement his order particularly adhering to the demarcation if any fencing is made. With the aforesaid observations WPA 14782 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
