The petitioner is praying approval of his appointment as a Mess Helper in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Paschim Medinipur.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the petitioner prays leave to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file it before the appropriate forum of law on the ground that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, it has been detected that the Central Administrative Tribunal has the jurisdiction over the present subject matter. In view thereof, WPA 13551 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.
