The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents are effecting construction on her land. The Officer-in-charge, Dhaniakhali Police Station has submitted a report dated 1st October, 2021 addressed to the learned Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta. The same is taken on record. It appears from the said report that there are disputes and differences in respect of the petitioner's land. It further appears from the said report that in respect of an earlier complaint of the petitioner against the private respondents, a charge-sheet has been submitted against 17 persons being Dhaniakhali Police Station Charge-sheet No. 28 of 2021 dated 28.02.2021.

This Court sees no inaction on the part of the Dhaniakhali Police Station. The petitioner may seek

appropriate remedies before a Civil Court or the local Panchayat in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
