It is submitted that the police filed charge sheet. Since the police filed charge sheet, requirement of the petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once in a week as imposed by the order dated July 10, 2019 is waived. All other conditions in the order dated July 10, 2019 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
