As the police authorities have taken proper steps and submitted chargesheet before the appropriate forum, I am of the view that the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed. As such, no interference is called for in the present application under Article of the Constitution of India.

If the petitioners have any grievance, they would approach the appropriate criminal court for remedies.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14415 of 2021 is disposed of.
