Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working with the de facto complainant. Subsequent to the petitioner demanding his legitimate salary, the de facto complainant filed the first complaint against the petitioner. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the investigations are in progress. The petitioner could not be located at his residence in Bihar. He draws attention of this Court to the statements recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of Rishra and not of Bihar. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statement recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
