We have considered the statements of the victim girls along with that of their brother Prakash Sardar disclosing the role of the petitioners in subjecting the victims to sexual assault. In view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner, hence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
