On the other hand, learned advocate for the private respondents submits that there has been complete suppression of facts as a title suit being TS 408 of 2023 is pending inter se the parties.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities are well aware regarding the disputes

arising out of the property between the petitioner and the private respondents. The police authorities would continue their surveillance as also ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13707 of 2025 is disposed of.
