1. Learned counsel for the State has filed the report of the Investigating Officer dated 10th February, 2026. Let the report be taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the I.O. conducted several raids to arrest the petitioner but he was not found.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case arising out of political rivalry. Learned counsel further

submits that chargesheet has already been filed and remaining accused persons are on bail.

4. The Court has considered the submissions. The FIR is of 2024. The Chargesheet has already been filed and remaining accused persons are on bail.

5. In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner surrender before the Investigating Officer / learned Trial Court.

6. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with a surety of like amount of, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate or tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner and the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of Ketugram P.S. till the conclusion of the Trial.

7. Prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

8. Hence, CRM (A) 2108 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
