1. This intra court appeal filed by the appellant is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Bench dated 8th June, 2023 in WPA 10106 of 2023 by which the learned writ court declined to pass any interim order.

2. It is seen that as on date there is no demand issued by the respondent department after the order was passed by the appellate authority dated 28th December, 2022.

3. In the light of the same, we dispose of this appeal granting liberty to the appellant to file an appropriate application in the writ petition in the event
