In the 3rd line of 8th paragraph of the judgment dated 30th January, 2025 "date of filing of the claim application till the date of realization" shall be read as "date of filing of the claim application i.e. 10.01.2019 till the date of realization".

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 30th January, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
