None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for a direction upon the respondents to release the interest amount on gratuity on account of delayed payment of gratuity.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this writ petition any further.

In view thereof, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for default.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
