Case no. 2219 of 2015 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Calcutta. Learned counsel for the petitioner takes this Court to the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 19th May, 2022 in F.A.T. 183 of 2021 wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench has recorded that the petitioner and her husband agreed to settle their matrimonial dispute amicably as informed by the learned Mediator in a report submitted on 18th May, 2022. The private opposite party undertakes to withdraw the proceeding being no. G. R. Case no. 2219 of 2015 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Calcutta within three weeks from date.

Since nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present application, the same is disposed of.
