The revisional application was preferred for the inordinate delay in the progress of the Execution Case No. 10 of 2017 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore. In view of the time period which is elapsed, in the meantime, I direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore that if the proceedings are still pending, the learned Magistrate should take efforts for resorting to harsher process of law for complying with his orders.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1998 of 2018 is disposed of.
