The revisional application was preferred for the inordinate delay in the progress of the Execution Case No. 4 of 2018 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore. In view of the time period which has elapsed, in the meantime, I direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore that if the proceedings are still pending, the learned Magistrate should take efforts for resorting to harsher process of law for complying with his orders.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1999 of 2018 is disposed of.
