Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that the husband is yet to participate in the investigation. He also submits that there are materials against the petitioners.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the husband of the de facto complainant is yet to participate in the investigation, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
