Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that as prayed for, No Objection Certificate has been issued to the College by the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education thereby permitting the said college to start MBA and MCA courses. He files copy of the said No Objection Certificate dated August 29, 2025, let it be kept with the record.

The grievance of the petitioners since has been addressed, no further order need be passed in the matter. WPA 13656 of 2025 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
