Heard Learned Counsel for the parties.

It is fairly submitted at the Bar that two accused persons similarly circumstanced with the present petitioners have already been released on anticipatory bail.

Regard being had to such facts and submissions and on the ground of parity, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda in the G.R. case arising out of Mothabari Police Station Case No. 408 of 2022 dated 11.10.2022 within 15 days from today. On their appearance and application for bail each of them shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

The application being CRM (A) 2336 of 2023 is disposed of.
