The revisional application is accordingly disposed of, without any orders.

The order passed in C.O. 3848 of 2022 will apply in case of this application as well.

A copy of the order dated June 15, 2023, passed in C.O. 3848 of 2022 be retained with the records of this application.

There shall be no order as to costs.
