1. Pursuant to the order dated December 3, 2024, the Affidavit-of-Undertaking is filed by the appellant, indicating the conditions as indicated therein. For the purpose of record, it is made clear that earlier the undertaking was sought to be tendered within the period provided in the said order but we find that it was not in conformity with the conditions imposed in the said order and granted leave to the appellant to file a fresh Affidavit of Undertaking, which in fact, has been filed today. The undertaking given by the appellant is accepted. Since the matter has already been disposed of on December 3, 2024, the same shall not be treated as pending in the docket of this court.
