This is a revisional application wherein the petitioners under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. prayed for quashing of the proceedings in C. Case No. 53538 of 2017 under Section 138/144 of the N.I. Act, pending before learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court at Kolkata.
