Learned counsel for the 2nd and 4th respondent hands up a copy of letter issued by the petitioners to the 8th respondent herein indicating that the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the present writ petition any further. The said letter dated 18th February, 2022 submitted by the 2nd and 4th respondent is taken on record.

In view of the same, WPA 14403 of 2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall however, no order as to costs.
