State has submitted a report which reflects that number of criminal cases inter se between the parties are pending, including the National Green Tribunal, which are as follows:

"Ghola PS Case No. 116 of 2019 dated 28.03.2019 Ghola PS Case No. 265 of

2019 dated 10.07.2019 Ghola PS Case No. 331 of 2019 dated 04.08.2019 Ghola PS Case No. 211 of 2023 dated 23.05.2023 Ghola PS Case No. 212 of 2023 dated 23.05.2023 Ghola PS Case No. 271 of 2023 dated 25.06.2023."

It has also been contended that two civil cases being TS 295 of 2019 and TS 359 of 2003 are also pending.

Having considered that the police authorities are well acquainted regarding the ground reality, they would continue their surveillance as also ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13687 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be handed over amongst the parties.
