Mr. Amit Baran Dash Ms. Ankana Sarkar ...for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant No.3 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Court at Contai, District-Purba Medinipur to dispose of Title Suit No.197 of 2016 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the effective defendant in the said suit and the suit should be directed to be disposed of expeditiously.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that the service upon the defendant Nos.2, 4 and 5 is not yet complete.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observations, CO 1938 of 2024 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
