The present revision of the year 2019 is for setting aside an order dated 18.12.2018 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Katwa in Criminal Motion No.26 of 2018 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
