Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Petitioner complains that he made a representation before the police authorities for being dispossessed from the shop which was earlier run by the private respondents.

To that effect, the information was sent on 11th November, 2022 that he has been dispossessed from his shop room.

Petitioner will submit a fresh representation to the Inspector-in-Charge, New Town Police Station along with the relevant documents which is in his custody. The Inspector-in-Charge, New Town Police Station will consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13705 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
