1. Writ petition is at the behest of the father of the missing person.

2. In fact, two persons went missing. One is the married daughter of the petitioner, the other is the grand-child of the petitioner.

3. State and the private respondents are represented.

4. Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.

5. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner as also the State and the private respondents that, both the missing daughter of the petitioner as well as his grand-child were recovered. Court is informed that, the missing daughter of the petitioner will record a

statement under Section 183 of the BNSS in Court today.

6. In the view of the missing persons being recovered, no further order need be passed in this Habeas Corpus writ petition.
